A very specialized project was planned and designed for a private client to develop its land in the heart of Jeddah city The site was developed with the concept of small self-sustainable neighborhood The uses mostly include residential buildings, commercial shops, central business district, public buildings and recreational areas with very unique work of landscaping. Complete master plan studies with detailed land use plan, and landscape architectural works were done, supported by high quality 3-dimenaional visuals |
